City’s Mobile Office heads to Kirstenhof and Edgemead

24 May 2026

Next week, the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be stationed at the Church of the Holy Spirit Lifestyle Centre in Kirstenhof on Thursday, 28 May 2026 and the Edgemead Community Hall on Friday, 29 May 2026. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this visit that aims to address account-related enquiries and access to a range of City services closer to home.

The details are as follows:

  • Thursday, 28 May 2026, from 10:00 to 14:00 at the Church of the Holy Spirit Lifestyle Centre, 38 Raapkraal Road, Kirstenhof
  • Friday, 29 May 2026, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Edgemead Community Hall, 100 Edgemead Drive, Edgemead

The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically.

‘I would like to encourage residents within the Kirstenhof and Edgemead area to attend the upcoming Mobile Office visit. This service provides a convenient opportunity for community members to receive assistance with non-emergency enquiries, including rates, water, electricity, and refuse accounts, close to home. To ensure quicker and more efficient service, residents are kindly requested to bring their ID or municipal account details,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
